GPA of 2.6 and above
Does the candidate has prior work experience?
Is experience related to the role they are being considered for?
Did the candidate complete any trainings or professional certifications post graduation?
For fresh graduates - did the candidate complete internships post graduation?
Description of the candidate's current job roles and responsibilities that align with the JD
What is the percentage of JD that the candidate can achieve?

Candidate's Interpersonal Skills & Characteristics

Evaluate the candidate according to the following questions
Based on your objectives judgement, reflecting candidates answers
Is the candidate passionate about their field of work?
Did the candidate display good understanding of career dedication and development?
Did the candidate show, through their answers, that they take initiatives?
Aspiration, Does the candidate has a clear answer when asked about their long term career goals?
Is the candidate bankable?
Is the candidate dedicated and disciplined?
Did the candidate display good potential to create and maintain relationships?
Is the candidate considered high risk?
Did the candidate display any entitlement, or high ego or risk?
Describe candidate's unique skills or might be potential for the other position/ department. / Summary of your perceptions of the candidate's strengths/ weaknesses. Final comments and recommendations for proceeding with the candidate.
